here's an interesting question i avoid gluten and dairy but i still have digestive issues
what could be causing this well good question um first of all digestive issues aren't really
just caused by gluten to begin with gluten is is can be part of digestive problems in the sense that
it can cause some issues obviously there's celiac um there's uh inflammation occurring from from
wheat and wheat gluten. We know that. So when you're gluten sensitive, you want to keep that
out. And it does help some people's digestive problems, but that's just a fraction of digestive
problems to be had. It's just a fraction. A lot of times we have random inflammation in the
intestinal tract lining that has nothing to do with wheat, wheat gluten, or any other kind of
gluten rye or spelt rye gluten or whichever ones that get handed to us. So that is just a fraction.
There's other things like there's inflammation. Like I was saying, that's one thing. Inflammation
that occurs from heavy metals. So we collect a lot of heavy metals in our gut and they sit in there,
sit in the linings of the intestinal tract and the lining of the colon and in the bowel. And
that heavy metal that starts to really wreak havoc causing beneficial bacteria to decrease in value
and in numbers and increasing non-beneficial bacteria that's just one thing all on its own
is the heavy metals that causes a lot of digestive problems bloating discomfort for people another one
is hydrochloric acid issues low hydrochloric acid so what i suggest either way is doing the celery
juice routine that I've created over the years with Spirit. Spirit created it, really. I'm trying
to take the credit when Spirit created it. Straight celery juice by itself, that's the most powerful
digestive system recalibrator and bringer backer. That's a funny word, bringer backer.
So basically, I'm sure it's not a word, basically bringing back your hydrochloric acid, bringing back your intestinal tract strength, bringing back that vitality in your intestinal tract.
because what happens is our hydrochloric acid reduces over time from stress,
from our liver being intoxicated, from our liver being pressurized from too much fat,
too much fat in our liver, fatty livers, pre-fatty livers.
All of this knocks down the hydrochloric acid, hits it right down to the floor.
And then digestive problems occur.
Digestive problems that are not just wheat and gluten or dairy.
the first things first you're doing a great job you know it could be dairy products and gluten
and wheat and that's what you want the wheat the gluten the dairy you want that out that's number
one but i'll give you an extra another a little extra hint canola oil keep that out keep soy out
keep corn out these are things that do cause some inflammation in the intestinal tract they're part
they're part of the cause they're not entirely and so removing those are very important um you
know more fruits and vegetables leafy greens dandelion greens very important for getting
your digestive strength up again because dandelion greens help cleanse the liver and bring the liver
back and recalibrate it and strengthen it so dandelion greens so that's important to understand
so make sure we we bring those in when we can extra spinach lots of spinach cleanses the liver
helps strengthen the hydrochloric acid there's mineral salts in celery and spinach and dandelion
that strengthen hydrochloric acid but the celery juice 16 ounces all at once once a day
just to that can do miracles and wonders for your digestive tract for digestive problems
so these are just some of the reasons so i i like i i mentioned what foods to work with what foods
to ignore what foods to you know push off and bring in new foods that's number one but yes you
can't have dairy in there you can't have gluten and wheat those that's just top that's the top
top of the heap but we want these other things so you can start restoring the intestinal tract and
get the bloating and the digestive problems better. Other digestive problems besides the liver
and besides inflammation is this ileocecal valve. So the ileocecal valve down there,
right by the cecum, right before the appendix. That area is responsible for keeping your entire
intestinal tract balanced. And that area there gets problematic. That's why so many people's
appendix becomes problematic as well. They become kind of old and beat up, the appendix,
and inflamed over time because that ileocecal valve, that ileum, that ileum is the key right
there. So how do we keep that healthier? You keep that healthier with elevated biotics. That's not
a supplement. You can't go out and buy that. You can't go out and find that elevated biotics.
spirit only knows about elevated biotics it's not in any bottle nobody knows about it and
elevated biotics is when you pick something out of your garden there's microorganisms stronger
than any other on the leaf of the vegetable or the leaf of the leafy green or on a tomato or on
an apple picked out of an orchard or on some berries picked out of your garden or some parsley
snipped out of a planter's pot right by your window. These hold microorganisms and they feed
that ileum down inside and that recalibrates the intestinal tracts. That's a secret. I talk
all about that secret in my book, you know, medical mediums, secrets behind chronic and
mystery illness and how to finally heal. So that's what we do. So the, but fantastic question,
really great. And looking forward to this next question here, let's take a look.
